The King's San Daniele PDO is a traditional aged raw ham, made from the legs of Italian pigs. Subjected to rigorous monitoring by the protection Consortium, it is aged for up to 20 months in a perfect environment, both in terms of the characteristics of the air and the climate. Excellent pork legs, San Daniele air and the right dose of sea salt are all that is needed to create an inimitable ham.
