The bacon is trimmed, salted, seasoned and aged for 20/30 days in a fresh, ventilated environment. The product obtained has a sweet aroma and is extremely tender and delicate, thanks to the perfect quantity of veins of fine, pure white fat. Sold in self-service in small, ready-to-use pieces.
