Cotto Vecchia Maniera is a high-quality cooked ham produced with selected legs of pork born and raised in Italy; it is characterized by a mandolin shape. The pork meat is then flavoured with an exclusive brine and then rubbed to obtain soft slices with a delicate taste. It is a natural product, gluten-free, dairy-free, no glutamate and no added polyphosphates.
