Prosciutteria di Parma ham is made exclusively in the green hills of Parma: only in this area are all the climatic conditions ideal for the various stages of production required by the PDO regulations; it is characterized by an aromatic and persistent fragrance and a sweet and delicate taste emphasized by a maturation period of at least 18 months.
